These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website at www.culamoya.art and the purchase of artwork from the online shop. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

This website and online shop is operated by Cula Moya Fine Art Studio, offering original artwork and prints for sale. For any queries, please contact us at moya.deacon.radley@gmail.com.
- Products and descriptions
We strive to ensure that all artwork product descriptions, prices and images are accurate. Please note that colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings. Each piece is handmade or printed with care, and slight colour variations may occur.
- Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollar, and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Payment is accepted via credit or debit card and PayPal. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
- New Zealand shipping and delivery
We ship to all New Zealand regions. Shipping costs for New Zealand are calculated at checkout for orders. Please allow three days for processing before dispatch.
All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery, and tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
- International shipping and delivery
For international orders, shipping rates may vary significantly based on size, weight and destination. After you place your order, we will calculate the actual postage cost and contact you with the final shipping amount. Your order will be shipped once this cost is confirmed, and payment is received.
For customers outside New Zealand, please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs feeds that may be applied by your local authorities. We cannot predict or control these charges, and they are not included in your order total.

- Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are generally final. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact within 10 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the matter through a replacement or refund.
Prints may be eligible for return within 5 days, provided they are unused and in original conditions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the print is faulty.

All artwork, images and text on this site of the intellectual property of Moya Deacon Radley, and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

By subscribing to our mailing list, you agree to receive occasional emails about new artwork, shop updates, exhibitions, or other relevant news.
